Losing weight easily and fast has been the question for many of you and it is an easy process if you just look after your diet and do a little exercise. You don’t have to follow a rigorous diet chart of exercise till your last breath. There are many simple ways that you can implement to reduce the fat that is storing in your stomach area and your thigh areas. Today we will take a look at some easy techniques you can follow.

  1. Cut on carbs

This is something that you might have heard and read everywhere and it is quite true. When you are low on glucose, you crave to eat something and gain up a few calories but when you don’t consume carbs – all the remaining fats in your body is utilized.

  1. Intermittent Fasting

Well, unconsciously many of you might be following this schedule if you are tight on your work schedule and skip breakfast a lot of times. I have applied this in my life many times because at breakfast hour I somehow feel full.


Intermittent fasting means not eating for more than 11 hours. This fasting can be observed between your dinner and breakfast the next day. You can also apply this during your day but you may feel low on energy for not eating anything for 11 hours. Some people also follow the 16-hour routine instead of 11 hours which is more rigorous.

  1. Consume Protein, Fat and Vegetables

Make sure that your diet has proteins, fats and a lot of vegetables including raw and green. If you are looking for fat sources then you can have milk products and ghee (not the unwanted fatty products like junk food) and for proteins, the best source is meat (Chicken, eggs, fish) and dal.
