5 easy to cook Indian breakfast recipes you must know about!

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, but yet a lot of us feel lazy to make it and skip it. It is not a good habit because if you are skipping breakfast, you are missing out on a lot of important nutrients.

Today we will list 5 easy to cook breakfast dishes that won’t let you procrastinate and your stomach will be full.

  1. Upma

Upma is one of the simplest dishes to prepare in the morning. All you have to do is fry sooji, mix it with some spices, oil and a tadka – you are done. You will find this breakfast dish almost everywhere in any middle-class household.

  1. Aloo Tikki Sandwich

Now, this would be my personal favourite if I have nothing at home. These ready-to-make fried snacks are a relief. All you need to do is buy some Aloo Tikkis (ready to make/frozen) and fry them, toast a few bread slices and it’s done.

Instead of aloo Tikki, you can use many other ready to make snacks like sausages, nuggets, cutlets and if you feel frying it is too oily and bad for your health then you can bake it.

  1. Moong Dal ka Cheela

This is another easy to make breakfast dish. All you have to do is whip some moong dal, besan, some veggies together and you are all set to go. Pair it with some achaar!

  1. Aloo Puri

It is a good breakfast dish if you have a leftover sabzi or aloo ki sabzi from the previous night, all you have to do is make puris and heat the sabzi. Puris go with everything and not just aloo!

  1. Bread Upma

Bread upma is very popular, they are medium-sized bread crumbs coupled with tomato, onion, and green chillies.

So, these are a few dishes that you try when you are out of ideas for breakfast options.
