  1. Upma

Upma is one of the simplest dishes to prepare in the morning. All you have to do is fry sooji, mix it with some spices, oil and a tadka – you are done. You will find this breakfast dish almost everywhere in any middle-class household.

  1. Aloo Tikki Sandwich

Now, this would be my personal favourite if I have nothing at home. These ready-to-make fried snacks are a relief. All you need to do is buy some Aloo Tikkis (ready to make/frozen) and fry them, toast a few bread slices and it’s done.

Instead of aloo Tikki, you can use many other ready to make snacks like sausages, nuggets, cutlets and if you feel frying it is too oily and bad for your health then you can bake it.

  1. Moong Dal ka Cheela

This is another easy to make breakfast dish. All you have to do is whip some moong dal, besan, some veggies together and you are all set to go. Pair it with some achaar!
