Prolific actor Yusuf Hussain breathed his last due to COVID 19 complications. He was 73 and was admitted to Lilavati hospital in Mumbai.
Mourning his demise, Hansal Mehta, his son-in-law posted a tribute on Twitter:

Hansal’s wife Safeena is Yusuf Hussain’s daughter. She is a social worker and activist.
In the post, he further wrote that he owes this new life to him with many humble words that poured in only love and affection for him.
Yusuf Hussain is a familiar father figure and the veteran actor is seen in films like ‘Dabangg 3’, ‘OMG’, ‘I Am Singh’.
He recently shot a movie with Abhishek Bacchan for ‘Bob Biswas’.
Bachchan took to Twitter to express his condolences, he tweeted:

Yusuf Hussain’s close friends and families expressed their condolences, Hansal Mehta’s close friend and actor Manoj Bajpayee tweeted:

Yusuf Hussain is known for his father roles in films like Dil Chahta Hai, Dhoom, Apahran, Vivah. He was also seen in TV shows like Yudh.
He is going to be seen in movies like the Letters and Crazy Cukkad Family that is yet to get a release date.
