Narendra Modi in MP today: Tribal Outreach on Agenda as PM Marks ‘Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas’, Pays Tribute to Birsa Munda
To gain tribal vote bank, PM Narendra Modi visits Madhya Pradesh today and is scheduled to launch several initiatives for the welfare of the MP Citizens and also celebrate the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda.
During his visit, he will also inaugurate the redeveloped Rani Kamalapati Railway Station which was previously known as Habibganj. He will also launch several initiatives of the Indian Railways in MP. He will also visit the Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas Mahasammelan at Jambori Maidan which is located in Bhopal followed by the launch of the Ration Aapke Gram scheme. The PMO said that this ration scheme is focused on delivering monthly PDS ration to beneficiaries from the janjatiya community in their villages every month so that they don’t have to travel to the ration shops to collect ration.
PM Narendra Modi, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, and other leaders participated in the celebrations. They pay their tributes to the tribal freedom fighter, Birsa Munda, at the Parliament.

The PMO also said that the PM will launch and lay the foundation of 50 Eklavya Model Residential Schools across different states and UTs of India. They further added that he will take a look at the exhibition products that are made by the Janjatiya SFGs (Self-Help Groups). He will also give appointment letters to the newly-employed Tribal Group teachers.
On the occasion of Birsa Munda’s birth anniversary, PM Modi will inaugurate a special museum in Ranchi virtually. He will also introduce the Madhya Pradesh Sickle cell mission that is aimed to manage patients who are suffering from sickle cell anaemia, Thalassemia and other blood-cell related diseases.
The campaigning of BJP for the upcoming elections is in full zest in Uttar Pradesh that is seen to now rigorous in Madhya Pradesh as well.
