WhatsApp is soon going to introduce a new feature that will allow users to forward stickers instantly to their contacts. This change is tested for beta testers on Android but it will soon be available for everyone in the upcoming days. Meta (previously known as Facebook) are using stickers as one of the key sources to allow their audience to express themselves through visuals. Before this, they allowed creating stickers for chats via third-party apps.
This information was first spotted by WhatsApp feature tracker WABetaInfo in the Android WhatsApp version 2.21.24.11 that let you share stickers easily. The forward option is available next to the sticker you have in your message that you can forward to other contacts. Click the forward option and then the contacts you want to share it with. The entire process of selecting the sticker and forwarding is eliminated.
Within the years, WhatsApp had this feature for images and audios that work in a similar way that gives you the option to share photos instantly. If you can’t see the change yet, then download the latest WhatsApp for Android beta version after you enrol yourself in the Google Play Beta Testing programme. You will be able to see the change in the APK file of the beta version from APK Mirror.
WhatsApp had introduced stickers on its platform in 2018, since then, it has been quite popular and WhatsApp bought tons of updates. Recently, WhatsApp launched stickers in WhatsApp Pay in October 2021 and then creating custom stickers from the desktop was another new update.
WhatsApp has enhanced itself with a variety of new features. The most convenient feature that they are advertising is WhatsApp Payments as it competes with Payment apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc.
