Totally scenic and a private affair wedding of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif: Wedding Highlights
Six Senses, Fort Barwara, located in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, was witness to the scenic marriage ceremony of Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal. The couple took their wedding vows during a traditional 7 Hindu Pheras in front of Agni on Thursday afternoon, as stated by reliable sources in an interview with news agency ANI.
All the invited guests have been very hush-hush about the wedding, and they were also subjected to a rule of not taking photos and non-usage of all phones; hence inside pictures or video footages of the ceremony were not available.
Through reliable sources, it has come to the knowledge that on Tuesday, a Mehndi ceremony had taken place with the usual Punjabi vigor; Vicky Kaushal’s mother Veena Kaushal had also insisted on a traditional Punjabi “Ladies Sangeet Night” which was organized by herself on Tuesday night.
Wednesday witnessed a Haldi Ceremony in the morning followed by a “Poolside Sangeet Party.”
The wedding took place on Thursday, and it was preceded by a “Sehra Bandi Ceremony” for Vicky Kaushal.
However, some of the guests had managed to snap in secret wedding photos on their mobiles inside Fort Barwara today; one of the photos snapped was of the father of the groom Sham Kaushal.
Nobody was provided the guests’ list of the wedding; however, the entire secrecy was opened when celebrities began landing at the Jaipur airport on Monday.
A few of them who were pictured at the airport were Neha Dhupia, and Angad Bedi, Director Vijay Krishna Acharya and his wife, Kabir Khan and Mini Mathur, actress Sharvari Wagh and Radhika Madhan, who also happened to be friends of Sunny Kaushal, the brother of the groom Vicky Kaushal, Actress Malvika Mohanan, a childhood friend of Vicky Kaushal arrived on Tuesday.
Jaipur airport was also a witness to several Punjabi Music Industry celebrities, possibly for the poolside Sangeet Party; some of the Punjabi Stars spotted were Gurdas Mann, Manj Musik of RDB, and his wife Nindy Kaur, Aastha Gill, Hardy Sandhu, and DJ Chetas. Vicky Kaushal is known to be a huge fan of Punjabi music.
The wedding couple took a flight from Mumbai to Jaipur on Monday evening, accompanied by Katrina’s mother Suzanne Turqoutte, her sisters Isabelle and Natacha separately.
Katrina Kaif, 38, is currently working on the third film with Salman Khan in the Tiger series. Vicky Kaushal has also received rave reviews for his performance in Sardar Udham this year.
Both the couple are favorite actors gaming the Bollywood celebrities and have a huge fan following who are bound to be very glad on receiving the wedding news.
