Today, PM Modi is interacting with more than 150 startups from different sectors like agriculture and health via video conferencing. Startups across various sectors like enterprise, space, industry 4.0, security, fintech, environment besides agriculture and health will be part of this interaction, the PMO said on Friday.
The 150 startups are divided into 6 groups based on their category like growing from roots, local to global, technology of the future, nudging the DNA, building champions in manufacturing and sustainable development. Each of the 6 groups will make a presentation before PM Modi. This meet aims to understand how startups can contribute to the nation and drive innovation to the country.

In the video conference, he said, “Start-ups are going to be the backbone of new India. When India completes 100 years of independence, start-ups will have an important role. Country’s innovators are making the country proud globally”
Today PM Modi also extended his gratitude to the Indian Army on Army Day. He said that ‘words cannot do justice’ to the unconditional contribution of the Indian Army towards the country.
