The 2021 movie is a biographical historical drama based on Udham Singh Kamboj’s life. It is directed by Shoojit Sircar and stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead role. There are several outstanding performances in this film, so keep an eye out for it.
2. Shershaah – Amazon Prime Video
Shershaah, which was released just a year ago, received praise from both fans and critics. Sidharth Malhotra plays the protagonist role in the film, which is based on the biography of Kargil hero Captain Vikram Batra.
3. Rang De Basanti – Netflix
Rang De Basanti, directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, is a cult classic for good reason. With a brilliant ensemble that includes Aamir Khan, Siddharth, Sharman Joshi, Soha Ali Khan, and R Madhavan, as well as music by AR Rahman, this film will leave you in tears.
4. Mumbai Diaries 26/11 – Amazon Prime Video
The show is set during the 2008 Mumbai attacks and follows the personnel of Bombay General Hospital and what happens to them on that terrible day. The play has an ensemble cast of performers including Konkona Sen Sharma, Mohit Raina, and Tina Desai.
5. Bose: Dead/Alive – ALT Balaji
The series stars Rajkummar Rao as Subhash Chandra Bose and chronicles the patriot’s life as well as the many stories surrounding his death.
