The second name that came in the report is the popular social media platform TikTok as the world’s fastest-growing brand as TikTok tripled its revenue from $18.7bn to $59bn. TikTok ranks 18th among the list of 500 most valuable brands in the world. It has the highest rank being a new entrant.

On the other hand, TCS and Infosys have secured quite an interesting spot when it comes to information technology. TCS ranked as the 2nd most valued brand in IT services globally while Accenture retains the title of the world’s most valuable and strongest IT services brand according to the report.

Infosys was seen as the fastest growing IT service followed by 52% brand value growth since last year and 80% since 2020 to $12.8 billion.

Apart from TCS and Infosys, there are four more Indian companies in the top 25 IT services brands — Wipro (7th), HCL (8th), Tech Mahindra (15th) and L&T Infotech (22nd).

Talking about the leaders of the list, Apple is still in the number one position with a 35% rise to $355.1 bn – the highest value ever recorded in the ranking. Amazon and Google also saw a good rise and ranked No 2 and 3 respectively.

Almost 2/3rd of the total value in the ranking is from two countries: the US (49% – $3.9 trillion) and China (19% – $1.6 trillion)
