Motorola is preparing to launch the market’s first 2022 premium lineup. The Edge 30 Pro, Edge 30 Ultra, and additional undisclosed versions are likely to be part of the lineup. While the Motorola Edge 30 has been the topic of several leaks and speculations, we now have information about the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra for the first time. The latest images show that the smartphone will arrive with a pen, and a smart folio cover is also seen.
In China, the Moto Edge X30 costs RMB 3,199 (about Rs 38,000) for the 8GB/128GB model, RMB 3399 (roughly Rs 40,300) for the 8GB/256GB model, and RMB 3,599 (approx Rs 42,700) for the 12GB/256GB model. The 128GB/256GB model of the special edition Moto Edge X30 costs RMB 3,999 (roughly Rs 47,500).
The Moto Edge 30 Pro will include a 6.7-inch OLED FHD+ display with a resolution of 24001080 pixels and a high refresh rate of 144Hz as well as a touch sampling rate of 576Hz. The DCI-P3 colour gamut and HDR10+ will also be supported by the display. The screen contains a punch-hole cutout as well as an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The phone will be backed by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 CPU, 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. The Moto Edge X30 is powered by Android 12 with MyUI 3.0 clean stock UI on top.
The Moto Edge X30 is believed to include a triple camera arrangement on the rear, with a dual 50MP main OV50A40 sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP third-sensor. For selfies, there is a 60-megapixel camera on the front. The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 68W rapid charging.
