Motorola is expected to globally release the Moto Edge 30 Pro on February 24. The smartphone is also likely to be available in the Indian market on the same day. So far, rumors suggest that this will be a rebranded version of the Moto Edge X30, which was released in China in December 2021.
According to tipster Yogesh Brar, Motorola’s forthcoming Moto Edge phone would be priced at Rs 49,999 in India. The box, on the other hand, will cost Rs 55,999. According to the stated source, there will also be a Rs 5,000 discount offer, bringing the price down to Rs 44,999. This is said to be an early bird offer that will only be available for a short time.
The Moto Edge X30, which will apparently be released internationally with the Moto Edge 30 Pro logo, is now available in China for CNY 3,199. (around Rs 38,000 in India). This implies that the business may make the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 phone cheaper for customers. This one, too, is powered by a Snapdragon processor. According to the rumors, the forthcoming Motorola phone would feature characteristics identical to the Edge X30.
The smartphone might include a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. It will most likely come pre-installed with the Android 12 operating system. It is believed to have dual speakers as well as a fingerprint sensor on the side.
Under the hood, there might be a standard 5,000mAh battery with 68W rapid charging capabilities. It is rumored to include a triple back camera arrangement for photography, comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide angle camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It is reported to include a front-facing 60-megapixel sensor for selfies.
It is worth noting that Motorola has not yet announced the Moto Edge 30 Pro’s worldwide or Indian release date. However, the firm is anticipated to make an announcement soon.
