At the MWC 2022, the Realme GT 2 Pro had its European premiere. That was the first time Realme’s ultra-premium phone was available outside of China. According to a recent source, Realme may introduce the GT 2 Pro next in India later this month. This is consistent with prior rumours that the Realme GT 2 Pro will be released in Q1.
Realme has yet to clarify whether or not the GT 2 Pro would be launched in India, however in one of his keynote addresses at prior launch events, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth hinted that the GT 2 Pro will be available in the Indian market.
By far the most costly and luxurious phone from Realme is the GT 2 Pro. This is due to its premium features, which include a QHD+ display with an AMOLED screen and a high refresh rate, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 engine, a premier camera system on the back with a flagship 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor with optical image stabilisation, and compatibility for 65W rapid charging.
The Realme GT 2 Pro begins at EUR 649, which translates to nearly Rs 55,000 in Europe, and CNY 3,899, which converts to roughly Rs 45,800 in China. The Indian pricing will very certainly be higher than the Chinese price, but it will almost certainly be lower than the European counterpart. The GT 5G was released by Realme in India with a starting price of Rs 37,999.
