Recipe 1

Every day, divide your smoothies into 3 parts – breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can add two light snacks between your smoothies in the evening.

You have to mix 100 ml of milk, 1 banana, 4 strawberries, 1 peach and 1tbs oatmeal in a mixer grinder. Other than this you can also add Apple, Pineapple, Orange instead of bananas.
