  • Cereals instead of Eggs: Cereals are processed grains and they don’t have a lot of nutrients but instead it is filled with sugar. You can replace it with eggs and vegetables.
  • Replace Cooking oil with Avocado Oil: Avocado oil is a healthy oil that is so much better than cooking oils like soybean oil or other seed oils. It helps you in lowering your cholesterol.
  • Vegetables instead of Bread: No matter which colour of bread you choose, it is processed and low in nutrients. Instead, if you opt for a sprout salad, you will get more nutrients from it.
  • Berries Instead of Candies: Candies can never be healthy; instead you can choose to eat strawberries, blackberries and grapes.
  • Veg Noodles instead of Pasta: If you are a pasta lover, you can try veggie noodles instead of pasta as they are healthier and not processed. Pasta is again processed which is not healthy for daily consumption.
