Redmi K50 Pro with MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC is now available, with prices starting at Rs 36,000

On Thursday evening, Redmi introduced two new affordable flagship phones in China. The Redmi K50 and Redmi K50 Pro are new smartphones from Xiaomi. The new Redmi smartphones are the successors of last year’s Redmi K40 lineup. In the current series, they join the already-released Redmi K50 Gaming phone.

In China, the Redmi K50 Pro begins at CNY 2999. (around Rs 35,807). This is for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage configuration. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs CNY 3299 (approximately Rs 39,389), the 12GB RAM and 256GB variant costs CNY 3599 (approximately Rs 42,971), and the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant costs CNY 3999 (approximately Rs 39,389).

The Redmi K50 Pro now has a fresh look. The camera module is housed within a circular ring, which is housed within the square module. The Redmi K50 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, which is built on 4nm technology. For graphics, it uses a Mali-G710 GPU. The CPU is linked to up to 512GB of storage. The Redmi K50 Pro has a 2K or WQHD+ AMOLED display with 1440p resolution. Display Mate gave it an A+ grade.

The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery that supports 120W rapid charging. According to Redmi, the compatible charger can charge the phone from 0 to 100% in around 19 minutes. The Redmi K50 Pro comes with a 108-megapixel primary camera with Optical Image Stabilisation.
