SS Rajamouli’s RRR takes you back to the days when Bahubali was a massive blockbuster in the theatres right from its opening weekend. Rajamouli’s filmy magic is still popular and it has already crossed the Rs 500 crore mark in the first three days of its release.
The magnum opus starrer Jr NTR and Ram Charan made Rs 223 crore on Day 1 at the Box Office globally. On Saturday, they made around Rs 114.38 crore and Sunday added some huge numbers to the movie taking it to Rs 500 crore. The movie is looking forward to making Rs 1000 crore after the end of its opening weekend at the Box Office.
Out of Rs 500 crore – around 30 crores came from Tamil Nadu, 53.45 crores from Nizam belt, and the Hindi version made around 73 crore which is the 2nd best weekend for any film in the post-pandemic times after Sooryavanshi that made Rs 77 crore. The film is looking at a total of Rs 600-700 crore net in India in its lifetime run.
