- Walking or jogging

- Eat Vegetables
It is a fact that whatever you eat reflects on your body. Eating vegetables is a must as it is a source of all the vital vitamins, nutrients and minerals that your body needs.
- 5 – 10 minutes of sun exposure
Vitamin D directly affects your bone health. You must at least spend 5 to 10 minutes of your time getting some sun (yes not air) and you will stay away from chronic bone diseases like osteoporosis, osteopenia and much more.
- Avoid Smoking and Drinking
Smoking and Drinking can affect your bone health adversely. Hence, try to avoid it as much as you can.
