Jersey’s second trailer is now out! Shahid Kapoor, the father and cricketer, has won our hearts

Jersey, a film starring Shahid Kapoor that was supposed to be released on December 31, will instead be released in April. The creators of the much-anticipated sports drama have now unveiled the film’s second trailer, further intensifying the anticipation. Jersey, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, stars Mrunal Thakur alongside Shahid.

THE SECOND TRAILER FOR JERSEY IS NOW AVAILABLE

While the first trailer was published a few days before the film’s premiere, the second trailer has finally been released. The one-minute, thirty-second video shows Shahid putting himself in the shoes of a cricketer and getting back into the game at the age of 36. Jersey appears to be a film that will leave fans astonished, thanks to its touching moments and Shahid’s superb expression.

Shahid tries throughout the film to be a decent father and a cricketer at the same time.

ABOUT NEW JERSEY

The film Jersey is a Hindi adaptation of Nani’s Telugu film of the same name. It is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and tells the story of a cricket fan whose ambitions of pursuing a career in cricket are realised in his forties thanks to his son. He works hard to win his child’s respect and avoid being viewed as a failure by him, as everyone else is. Shahid has completed the film’s production in December 2020.
