The dates for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 have been altered, and sessions 1 and 2 will now take place in June and July, respectively. Though the JEE Main 2022 dates have been altered in response to applicant feedback, they are now clashing with these competitive exams: MHT CET, BITSAT, and SRMJEE 2022.
The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET 2022) will be held from June 11 to 23, while the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT 2022) will be held from June 20 to 26, and session 2 will be held from July 22 to 26.
The SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE 2022) will be held on June 25 and 26. These engineering admission examinations will collide with JEE Main sessions 1 and 2, which are slated to take place between June 20 and 29, and July 21 to 30, respectively.
Since its release, the dates of JEE Main 2022 have been amended three times. They were originally slated to be held from April 16 to 20, then revised to April 21 to May 4. Furthermore, in response to student concerns that JEE Main 2022 dates will conflict with board examinations, JEE Main 2022 will now be held in June and July, respectively.
JEE Main 2022 will be held in Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu, in addition to Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
The engineering entrance test is held across the country for admission to engineering and architecture programmes at government and private universities. Top scorers in JEE Main will be able to compete in JEE Advanced 2022.
