The Central Board of Secondary Education, or CBSE, is about to enter its 25th year of offering psychiatric counselling to students and parents in a variety of methods. The major goal of this free continuous psychological treatment (since 1998) is to keep students in CBSE affiliated schools in Class 10 and Class 12 stress-free during the exams. The board has been offering free psychological counselling in two stages: before the exam and after the findings.
The board has made it possible for students and parents to access audio-visual information via its official website, cbse.nic.
On the website, you can also view and listen to multimedia content on topics such as Specific Learning Disabilities, Substance Abuse Disorders, individual experiences of adolescents, Aggression, Depression, Internet Addiction Disorders, and Examination Stress, as well as their solutions through Life Skills.
