Infinix has released another low-cost smartphone in India. Infinix is slated to introduce the Hot 12 Play on May 23, expanding its affordable range. The Hot 12 Play has already been released in countries such as the Philippines.
Price and availability of the Infinix Hot 12 Play
Bangladesh, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Thailand, Togo, and Zambia have all received the Infinix Hot 12 Play. The smartphone was introduced in Thailand at a starting price of 3,999 baht (roughly Rs. 8,880). It was available in Legend White, Lucky Green, Origin Blue, and Racing Black. Given its low-cost specifications, the smartphone might be priced under Rs 10,000 in India. The launch date is set for May 23.
Specifications for the Infinix Hot 12 Play
The Infinix Hot 12 has a 6.82-inch display with a resolution of 720×1612 pixels.
The phone is powered by an octa-core SoC with up to 6GB of RAM and 5GB of expandable RAM. The Hot 12 comes pre-installed with Android 12.
In terms of photography, the Infinix Hot 12 has a dual rear camera configuration with a 13-megapixel and a 2-megapixel lens. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel camera on the front. The phone’s biggest feature is its 6000mAh battery, which may last for two days if used properly.
