Sometimes staring at the screen for too long can cause eye strain, headache, blurry vision etc. Some experts suggest that when you are working on the laptop for long, stare away every 15 minutes to rest your eyes on something that is not digital.

This is because they are rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids etc. Apart from this, green leafy vegetables, oranges, and eggs are also very good for the eyes. These foods also keep you away from age-related vision problems like cataracts.
- Get an eye check-up every year
Many doctors suggest that you must do an eye check-up every year if you have power. This way you can keep track of how better or worse it is getting.
