As a relief effort, Reliance Jio has stated that it will provide complementary services to clients in flood-ravaged Assam and the North East. The telecom provider has stated that it will provide these individuals with a four-day unlimited package to assist them in contact with their loved ones and other people.

According to the company, qualifying Jio subscribers will receive unlimited free calls to any network as well as free internet usage for four days. The package provides up to 1.5GB of data per day as well as 100 SMS per day for four days. Those residing in the impacted districts of Dima Hasao, Karbi Anglong East, Karbi Anglong West, Hojai, and Cachar in Assam would be eligible.

Reliance Jio is sending an SMS to everyone who qualifies for the free unlimited prepaid plan, so if you live in one of the above-mentioned areas, you should receive it. To check the balance, simply open the MyJio app. When you launch the app, you’ll see a hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the screen. Simply touch on it and then again on My Plans.
